Meet the Team
Peter
Peter has lived in Shoreline since 2022, helping to build the community from the beginning. With background in banking, payments, and project management, he runs a successful IT business from home.
Identifying a potential lack of community support after the developer leaves, Peter, along with other residents, started SAND to fund events, facilities, and services, fostering a friendly, safe and secure neighbourhood for everyone.
Peter is currently President of the Management Committee and a Lifetime Founding Member
Adrian
Adrian lives on Shoreline with his family and is a keen cars enthusiast. Founder and organiser of the “Cars and Coffee” monthly events on Shoreline, Adrian is invested in helping to grow and thriving, fun and connected community at Shoreline.
As a business owner, Adrian brings a wealth of skill and experience to the Assocation and is a highly valued member of the team.
Adrian is currently the Association Treasurer and a Management Committee Lifetime Founding Member.
Emma
Hi there! I’m Emma – I’ve been happily living on the estate for the past two years and absolutely love it here. I work in the health sector and also run my own small business providing remedial, sports and pregnancy massage services. I’m also a huge animal lover, with a soft spot for all furry friends, and I’m passionate about making our wonderful estate a safe, friendly, and welcoming place for everyone who wants to call it home. I’d really love to help grow a vibrant sense of community where we all look out for one another and support each other’s lives and adventures.
Emma is currently Secretary of the Management Committee and a Lifetime Founding Member.
Tom
Tom joined Savvy Finance as a business owner in early 2024, bringing with him over 13 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry. With a strong background as a senior Business Manager in some of Australia’s leading automotive dealerships—from Toyota to Porsche—Tom has built deep expertise across both new car sales and high-volume pre-owned operations.
A proud early resident of Shoreline, Tom has played an active role in shaping the local community (and yes, he’s enjoyed more than his fair share of coffee along the way!). He’s passionate about making Shoreline an even better place for families to live, grow, and thrive.
Tom currently serves on the Management Committee and is a Lifetime Founding Member of the Shoreline community.
Rob
After years of apartment living, I’m excited to call a house my home and be part of a connected, welcoming neighbourhood. My background spans people-focused roles—from disability support and case management to hospitality and now aviation.
I believe a strong sense of belonging makes communities thrive. That’s why I’m passionate about bringing neighbours together in a collaborative, inclusive way. With SAND’s support, and that of our amazing Association Members, I look forward to helping build a warm, supportive community we can all be proud of.
Rob currently serves on the Management Committee as a Lifetime Founding Member.
Dan
Dan lives at Shoreline with his partner and has already made a wonderful impact on the community. He’s the creative mind behind some of our most exciting events, including the inaugural Shoreline Clean-Up and the festive Light Up Shoreline Christmas lights competition.
With a professional background in the Airline and Travel industries as a Systems Support Analyst, Daniel brings a wealth of experience and a problem-solving mindset. He’s deeply passionate about helping others and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges.
Daniel’s vision for Shoreline is one of inclusivity, connection, and shared joy. He’s committed to making our neighbourhood a welcoming and vibrant place for everyone and looks forward to contributing his time and ideas to the Shoreline Association for the benefit of all.
Dan is currently a member of the Management Committee as a Lifetime Founding Member.
Joy
I have lived in Shoreline for 2.5 years. After retiring from public service, I joined a craft group, made new friends, and volunteer for Neighbourhood Watch and Crime Stoppers. I hope Shoreline continues to grow as a safe and nurturing environment.
Joy is currently a Management Committee Lifetime Founding Member.
