Dog Etiquette

As a result of pressure being applied to Redland City Council by SAND Management Committee, Council has agreed to provide Eco Sak Dispensers for dog waste in the Shoreline parks.

Dog waste has been an issue on the development for some time and, in spite of Council patrols and signage, has continued to constitute a health hazard for residents and other users of the Shoreline parks.

In Redland City, failing to pick up after your dog in a public place can result in a fine of $275 (May 2025). Please be a responsible dog owner and clean up after you pet.
