Villawood Properties has officially commenced work on its latest residential development, Baya, nestled in the heart of Redland Bay. This infrastructure project is expected to begin later in 2025, and while it will improve long-term access, residents and commuters should anticipate temporary traffic disruptions during construction.

Adding to the area's appeal, a retirement living community by Halcyon is also planned between Baya and Shoreline. While details are still under wraps, this addition will further enhance the diversity and vibrancy of the local community.
